CALL CENTER SERVICES

CTDI currently provides Call Center services on behalf of many of our global customers from our Nashville, TN SRC. CTDI operates 5 mini Global Call Centers in this facility. Each CTDI Call Center is capable of handling phone, fax, EDI, mail-in and web-based orders, in addition to providing technical support and customer follow-up.

Hours of operation 7:00AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday with well-established 24 x 7x 365 after-hours and on-call support processes.

This multi-lingual environment is staffed with 30 trained Customer Service Reps (CSRs) that handle a variety of inventory/maintenance programs, technologies and order types, as well as order tracking and management via our web-based e.Business tool, ETOS. Established performance metrics managed and measured to assure we adhere to our stringent customer satisfaction standards.
CTDI Singapore
Established in 2001, our first facility in Singapore was an authorized service centre in Yishun Central 1.
