7. PRIVACY POLICY
CTDS will not disclose any Customer′s personal or business data to a third party, unless CTDS acts as an authorized agent between the third party and the Customer. The information of any personal data would be used as a form of verification during any online sales transactions. However, CTDS will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to the mishap of internet failure, during which the Customer′s information is not properly updated in our database. This Site is intended for use by persons having reached their legal age. CTDS does not seek to collect information about children under the legal age. No information should be submitted to or posted on this Web site by users under the legal age.
8. BUYING, SELLING AND RETURN POLICIES
8.1 All sales transactions must be completed by Purchase Order number prior to shipment of product. CTDS can only accept Purchase Order numbers from authorized personnel. Each Customer account will require authorized personnel designated by the Customer′s company. Purchase Orders will only be accepted from Customers who have established accounts and terms with CTDS. Interested Customers must create an account with CTDS before any online sales transaction.
8.2 All Products are subjected to availability.
8.3 Online sales transactions must be accompanied by an authorized confirmation email by CTDS, without which the transaction is deemed to be incomplete.
8.4 Transaction must be completed within (5) business days in order to secure product. Transactions that exceed (5) business days will be nullified.
8.5 The Customer will always be responsible for shipment costs. CTDS can utilize Customers existing shipping accounts or can include shipment costs within the sales invoice.
8.6 CTDS will only offer warranties on product we test and repair internally.
8.7 CTDS offers a one-year end-user warranty on all certified pre-owned equipment we furnish. Unless otherwise stipulated within the sales agreement, new products will be subject to the standard warranty offered by the OEM.
8.8 Non-warranty returns must be in original, unopened packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. Any special ordered product returns are conditional and require further consideration. All products that are returned must be accompanied by the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unless a RMA number is issued, no product will be accepted for return.
8.9 Usage of ″Supply Chain″ site will be bound by the terms and condition of the site. CTDS will be not responsible for any damage should there be any dispute between ″Supply Chain″ and the Customer.
9. NOTICES
Notices to you may be made via email. CTDS may also provide notices of changes to the Terms of Use or other matters by displaying notices or links to you generally on the Site.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
CTDS does not warrant or make any representations regarding the availability, use, timeliness, security, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise respecting, the Content of the Site or any other Web sites linked to or from the Site. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material, or use of this Site. 15.1 The Customer shall not assign or otherwise transfer any Contracts or any of its rights and obligations hereunder whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of CTDS. Any such unauthorized assignment shall be deemed null and void.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms of Use and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.
15.3 Save as expressly provided herein, these Terms of Use shall not be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a third party.
